PORTFOLIO/MANUSCRIPT:
.• VISUAL ARTISTS:
12 - 20 slides or digital images in a CD. The first four images will be
projected for the
jury if you are applying for a full fellowship.
Slides must be mounted in 2 x 2 cardboard or plastic mounts. Number
each slide 1-20,
indicate the top with an arrow, label with your name, title, size,
medium and date.
Digital images should be saved in jpeg format at a high quality (60% -
80%) with a file
size of no more than 1 megabyte each, no larger than 600 x 800 pixels.
Label each image
with applicants family name, first initial and slide number (e.g:
SmithJ_1).
Include a separate slide/jpeg list that corresponds to slides or jpegs
and includes your
name, title, size, medium and date. Slides or CDs will only be returned
if you include a
SASE or sufficient international postal coupons.
Please note, we currently don’t accept images in emails.

.• WRITERS:
2 copies of your manuscript: For poets, up to 10 pages, all other
genres, 10-15
pages. Please submit manuscripts in unpublished format. Include a cover
sheet with your
name, address, and the title of the manuscript. Your name should not
appear on the
manuscript itself. Manuscripts will not be returned.
